Rumble works full time as as a multipurpose service dog. In his free time, Rumble enjoys therapy work, bikejoring and the obedience ring. He is also is a member of the JBKC drill team. Don't let his husky nature fool you, Rumble is a man of few words but many naps. He is the gold standard to our program. Rumble has visited The Shedd, been to metal concerts and even the zoo- 3 times! Where ever his dad goes, Rumble is more then thrilled to follow. He is our Pride and Joy.
After tragically loosing Ruckus, my first Service Dog, I knew my life wasn't complete without huskies. I attempted lab ownership (Riot) and while I could do it, it just wasn't the same. Rumble was up for rehome on Facebook like many of our dogs. He was surrendered to his daycare in Missouri for extreme neglect. His world was a crate, his fur was matted and he was 30 lbs underweight. His Volhard came back strong, (all 3s) and so we made the plunge. We made the long drive down to get him and brought him back to Wisconsin. That was the day I met my soul dog. He came to us potty trained with separation anxiety, crate anxiety and no manners. Today he is a star in all aspects. He loves his crate and does well away from his handler. Rumble didn't touch toys but now he is a shining example of what relationship first training can do for a dog.
